If you have Received a Missing or Damaged item 

1. First of all let me apologize for this....... 

2. Please Check To see if you Purchased shipping with the insurance Before Contacting.... (If no insurance is purchased on the order, We (SMM) are not responsible for any lost or damaged items) 

Email us at SparklyMeMaw@gmail.com with the issue within 2 days of receiving your order if it was insured.

3. Must include photos of the order Received, the packing slip. and the box/package your order came in. 

4. We will Replace the product if available. if not available we will Refund/ offer a solution to the issue.
