If you receive your order and we have made a mistake or you have received a damaged product you must contact us within 2 business days after delivery via email . Store credits will be issued for missing or damaged items.
We will not provide a refund for promotion codes not entered at the time of purchase or Cancel orders.
If you request a cancellation. store Credit will be issued.
Shipping and Returns
Products will be shipped 1 - 3 days after payment has processed. However, we usually have your order shipped out same day to next day.
We only Ship inside the U.S. If you place an order outside of the U.S. your order will be refunded.
We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time
If you Choose to cancel a order, store credit will be issued.
if you have missing, damaged items, we will issue store credit once approved.
Is Local Pickup Available
We do not offer local pickup at this time. As our company grows we hope to start offering this option.
How Is Our Glitter Packaged
All of our glitters are sold in a Stand alone Bag unless otherwise stated. Each bag has 2 oz by weight of glitter (unless you order our 1 oz sizes) except our Shape glitter. Shape glitter is sold 1 oz by weight.
