Missing/Damaged items Received

If you have Received a Missing or Damaged item 

1. First of all let me apologize for this....... 

2. All of our Shipments are insured unless noted otherwise

Email us at SparklyMeMaw@gmail.com with the issue within 2 days of receiving your order...... if it has exceeded 2 days , we are not responsible for lost, damages or missing items. 

3. Must include photos of the order Received, the packing slip. and the box/package your order came in. 

4. Refunds Will be issued in the form of store credit.
