If you have Received a Missing or Damaged item 

1. First of all let me apologize for this....... 

2. Email us at SparklyMeMaw@gmail.com with the issue within 2 days of receiving your order. 

3. Please include photos of the order Received, the packing slip. and the box/package your order came in. 

4. We will Replace the product if available. if not available we will Refund/ offer a solution to the issue.
